MERCEDES BENZ OF ROCKLIN

A luxury car dealership and a restaurant. One of the bright stars in the Van Housen Automotive Group, Mercedes Benz of Rocklin isn’t just for car buying but dining as well. A new construction project, the 62,500 square foot showroom and 9,000 square foot service center was built on a small four-acre re-zoned site.  The design challenge was to maximize efficiency of the parcel by utilizing roof deck parking for operations and enough storage, while also providing for a spacious two-story glass showroom which houses inside 20 vehicles, and a luxury restaurant and bar for car buyers, and locals alike.
